Now that the first poem in the series is live, I’m keen to see how people interact with the work. I tend to agree with you — the impact of the cadence and tone of a written work is all in the interpretation. I hope people have fun with it, rolling it around on their own tongues, and coming up with their own ways of speaking it aloud. It’s like a good song that an artist covers — what will they do with the original to make it their own? You know what I mean?
